Waiver & Release Agreement
Although we exceed state and federal insurance and safety requirements, a waiver and release agreement of inherent risks is required. Please print and arrive with your waiver or we keep a supply of blank waivers on-hand should you not have a printer. All party members must read, sign and turn the form in to us on the day of the trek.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. It is important for all to know that once you purchase space for a trek, we cannot sell those spaces to another person. It is not unlike purchasing perishable fruit. Therefore, please do not purchase space that you are not confident you will utilize.
- Cancellations 7 or more days in advance of adventure receive a 90% refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days receive 0% refund.
- No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on property or during the trek. Anyone arriving for the trek under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given
- While we meet state and federal insurance requirements, an acknowledgment of inherent risk form(s) will need to be signed before your rafting excursion
- Should local disasters, fire, flood etc. affect our region, treks will be cancelled at the sole discretion of Northwest Llama Treks. In such cases, a 100% refund will be given
Pricing / payment Policy
Gratuity for your guide is always welcome and the amount is your preference.
- Prices do not include 7.5% state sales tax, or the 3% USDA Forest Service Use Fee
- Payment in full is required at time of booking
